hi! after 16 years in carpentry, including 12 at the Royal Opera House as a prop carpenter, i’m currently taking a career break to focus on my own furniture design and making practice. my work is shaped by the things i’ve grown up around, particularly skateboarding, which has influenced the way i think about form, colour and how objects sit in space.

inspired heavily by traditional staked furniture, i want to preserve these joinery techniques and apply them to the modern home. simple, interesting, well-made furniture that can be made with a handful of tools ~ pieces that feel personal, playful and made to last. my studio in s/e london is a space for me to experiment, develop ideas and make work that reflects both my background and the way i see design.
