all pieces are made in small quantities and natural variations in timber, grain and colour are part of the character of the material.
dimensions and product information are provided as accurately as possible, although small variations may occur with handmade pieces.
delivery
shipping to uk addresses
currently, we can only accept orders for delivery to uk addresses through the online shop.
if you would like to order from overseas, please contact us and we can discuss the available shipping options.
delivery time
for items in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. if you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we can discuss what may be possible.
for made-to-order items, we will contact you once your order has been completed and is ready to ship.

lead times
each piece is made to order in our studio and has an estimated lead time of 4 weeks from the date your order is placed. lead times may occasionally vary. if there is likely to be any significant delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
pick up collection
we offer a free collection option from our studio in anerley. please select this option at checkout. there is parking available at the studio and we are only a short walk from anerley station.
returns
please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. in the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and its packaging where possible, so that we can arrange the most appropriate solution.
